Hi there! I’m one of only .005% of coaches worldwide who is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m also iEQ9 Enneagram-certified, trauma-informed and trained in diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.

Before my over 9 years in coaching, I had the privilege of showcasing my skills in various ways. Like at the age of 24, I received funding from a private investor to revamp, run and grow a dance studio. Within one year, I increased enrollment 90%. I also worked in Human Resources within some powerhouse companies like Michaels and Morgan Stanley where I was on the front lines delivering severance packages for hundreds of employees during the 2008 mortgage crisis.
