I’m so excited to share another throwback interview today on the Become an Unstoppable Woman podcast. Today’s episode features Devin Alexis Jones, a women’s self-love coach, and we’re talking all about the CliftonStrengths assessment (formerly StrengthsFinder).
If you’re not familiar with CliftonStrengths, you’re in for a real treat. This assessment may not be as well-known as the Enneagram or Myers-Briggs, but trust me when I say that it is just as powerful, if not moreso. Knowing what your natural strengths are is the fastest ticket to up-leveling your life.
I have every single one of my clients take this assessment first thing when we start working together so that they can find their top five natural strengths and gifts and apply those to their lives.
Only 1 in 33 million have the same top 5 strengths in the same order. That means that your results are extremely custom to you. This customization can give you great clarity about who you are and what you’re meant to do in the world. That’s pretty incredible, right?
Since I work closely with this assessment, I know it well. But I really wanted a guest on this episode to have a different perspective on the topic. When I first spoke with Devin, her passion for this assessment came through immediately as she told me that she wanted everyone in the world to know their strengths. I knew right then that she was the perfect guest for this episode.
This episode is a truly enlightening discussion between Devin and myself about just how powerful the CliftonStrengths assessment is. You’ll learn what to do with your results and how to start to implement them in your life.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re not enough or you’re not succeeding the way you want to, you are about to learn so much. You have your own unique and special gifts, you just need to learn what they are and then how to apply them to your life.
Are you ready to learn what your strengths are? Listen at the top of this page.
