“I want you to be able to own your power so you can go out there knowing that even if you don’t like having conversations with certain people, you can have them and you can still be authentic to you and not feel anxious”
Alright Unstoppable listeners, today’s episode is a bit of a stray from some of the heavier topics I’ve covered recently. I’ve been very focused on the different energies in your life, and also had some brilliant guests on the show to talk about hormones, New York Times best selling books, and toxic work environments.
Today’s episode is much more bare bones, but no less useful. I’m going to be talking about how to be less awkward in your life.
I know this probably seems like a topic that can’t be taught, but like so many other things I teach, it’s all about the power of mindset.
It’s also been a minute since I’ve peeled back the layers and shared some personal stories, and the topic of how to not be awkward is one that definitely applies to my life. Being less awkward is something I’ve had to work on a lot and I’ll be sharing all about in on today’s Become an Unstoppable Woman episode.
TODAY, I’LL SPECIFICALLY BE TEACHING:
- How being present in the moment can help you be less awkward
- How awkwardness relates to authenticity
- Specific mantras and thoughts you can incorporate into your life to help you feel less awkward
- How to use your CliftonStrengths when networking to feel less awkward
- Tips for grounding yourself through feelings of anxiety
- How being less awkward has impacted so many different aspects of my life
…and so much more
Feeling awkward in life can impact so many different things. This is really about communicating, connecting, socializing and networking, which are all things that help you grow in your relationships, your career, and as an authentic woman.
