I have a real treat for you today. My fellow coach and friend, Kaycee Joy is back on the show for yet another enlightening discussion. 

If you’re a regular listener of the show, you know Kaycee Joy. She’s an embodiment coach specializing in helping the queer clientele (and its advocates). 

She’s been on the Become an Unstoppable Woman podcast multiple times before. She shared her own coaching story (she’s a former client of mine who went through my coaching programs), she had an episode where she talked all about her business and the power of bodywork, and then we also had an episode where she and I discussed the fundamental differences between coaching and therapy.

But today, we’re talking all about shame–spotting feelings of shame, learning where shame comes from and how it manifests, and of course, how to overcome shame. 

Kaycee’s felt a lot of shame in her life and continues to do the work to overcome it. She’s opened my eyes over the past few months on how to find and process my own shame and it’s been enlightening. I want to share that enlightenment with you too.
