“When it comes to habits and productivity, persistence is the key, not consistency. ” – Keosha Jones
Creating habits is one of the things I work on most with my clients, because so many women come to me feeling like they can’t complete what they start and want to learn how to be productive.
Figuring out how to create habits is a highly individualized process, as each person has different goals and accountability styles. But, creating habits and figuring out how to be productive is especially difficult for people with ADHD.
That’s why I was so excited to meet Keosha Jones, owner of Pink Productivity Coaching, where she specializes in working with women who present with inattentiveness or have ADHD to work on creating habits that stick.
To top it off, Keosha is a certified essential oil specialist, and if you listen to the Become an Unstoppable Woman podcast regularly, you know that is something I am super into as well.
Keosha helps women align their priorities with their purpose while initiating the process for them to finish what they start.
If you’ve ever felt like you struggle to complete what you start, or wondered how to create habits that will actually work for you and your life, you’re going to want to take notes on this discussion.
KEOSHA AND I DISCUSS:
- Specific strategies and mindset tips to let go of the idea that you can’t complete what you start
- How Keosha incorporates essential oils into her methods
- What causes a lack of impulse in the brain and how to strengthen it
- All about Keosha’s “task card” method and how to use it for productivity
- The biggest stumbling blocks we see with clients creating habits that stick, especially for those with ADHD
- When medication comes into play
- Tips to show up and get sh*t done
…and so much more.
I meet a lot of women who want to work with me but they just can’t let go of this story in their brain that they don’t complete what they start, so it holds them back from making the commitment in the first place. Today, we’re changing that story once and for all by building a foundation for creating habits that work.
