Are you ready for another throwback episode on the Become an Unstoppable Woman podcast? Today I’m sharing one of my solo episodes from my old podcast in which I talk all about spirituality and unconventional ways to achieve spiritual connection.

If you’re not religious, you may be thinking you want to skip this one, but I encourage you to listen because spirituality goes far beyond religion. I grew up in an environment where I was taught that the only way I could connect with spirit was by going to church, reading the Bible or praying. But the truth is, I never felt like any of these were my thing.

Now I definitely don’t have anything against these conventional ways of connecting to a higher power, but for me personally, I didn’t feel the connection. I am a firm believer that each person can find a means to spiritual connection in their own way and time. And if you have found the right church or outlet for you, that’s a beautiful thing to hold on to.

But if you haven’t found that connection, I hope today’s episode helps you because I’m sharing 10 unconventional ways to bring spiritual connection into your life.

Spirituality has helped bring my life to a whole new level, so I really hope you’ll open your mind to this episode today. You never know what you might connect with and how it can impact your life and mindset.
