“If you want to feel desirable, you have to feel desire in your life. So be prepared to clean out whatever is in the way from feeling that way.”
The topic of feeling desirable was not originally a topic I planned to cover this week on the Become an Unstoppable Woman podcast. But, since I saw it coming up in my own life as an issue I’ve been coaching myself through, I figured it would be a great time to turn on the mic and teach you exactly what I’m doing right now.
Feeling desirable is something that I’ve struggled with over the years. It’s been up and down for me because I used to feel much less desire than I do now and I’ve done a lot of work on why I think the way I do and shifting those thoughts to feel more desirable.
Through that work, I’ve gotten to a good place. I feel desire and in turn, I feel desirable and confident.
However, recently I had a dream that brought me to the realization that I still have some work to do here, especially when it comes to the context of my marriage.
When I realize I have work to do on myself, I do the work! And while I’m right in the midst of that work, I want to share exactly what I’m doing in my life to feel more desirable, feel more desire, love myself, and feel confident.
